Obtain a PHP prosthesis

If you are referred by your surgeon or your therapist, they will send all the necessary information to our office.

If you are not referred by a doctor, you can send the following information directly to us :

• The date and cause of amputation
• Your dominant hand (if necessary before and after the accident)
• Your age
• Your profession
• Two photos of your amputation : one palmar face, the other dorsal face (each hand in a straight line with the wrist, fingers spread apart and the hand flat).

Two consultations are necessary :

• The first to take the moulds and measurements
• The second for the colour and the fitting.

The duration of each consultation and the time necessary between the two consultations depends on the type of prosthesis and the complexity of the case.
